When purchasing an item you must make the payment in full via direct debit or paypal, once we have received the payment we will send you a confirmation email of your order using the email address you provide us with.
Once your order has been received, prepared and dispatched we will send you a dispatch email confirming your items’ are on the way to the delivery address you provided us, we offer free delivery on all items within the UK.
Apsley and Heron hold the right to cancel your order for any reason and will issue a full refund if the payment has gone through.
Only adults (18+) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts
Pricing
The price payable for items you order are as set on our website. All of our prices are in UK Pounds, you will be billed in UK Pounds.
If you purchase from outside the UK currency and credit card charges may differ to the amount you are billed. Delivery charges may vary depending on location outside of the UK and we might not be able to deliver to some locations to which we then hold the right to cancel your order.
Discount Codes
When using a discount code we have provided you, we hold the right to discontinue a code at any time or cancel an order where an incorrect code has been used.
Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other codes.
Returns
Apsley and Heron accept all returns and will give a full refund on items within 28 days from your order date. Please contact info@staging.
Liability
If the items we deliver to you are damaged, defective or not what you ordered we do not hold liability to you unless you contact us within 7 days of receiving your items’.
When contacting us you must include what specifically is wrong with the item and then a resolution will be made from there.
Privacy
We will not share your personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, home address, card details with any third parties or companies, with the exception of Royal Mail.
