Yes! A lot of our products have an option to be personalised with initials, name and more! Simply, select and fill the relevant options on each product page.

We take pride in crafting exquisite jewellery pieces using only the finest quality materials. Our collection features pieces made from 925 Sterling Silver, Solid 9ct Gold, Luxurious 18ct Gold, and Elegant Platinum.

What plating options do you have?

How long will my order arrive in?

We process orders in 48 hours, including personalised products. Shipping depends on the option chosen at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email or the contact page.

How do I choose the right ring size?

You can find out your ring size by visiting a local jeweller who can provide you with exact measurements. Alternatively, measure the diameter of a ring your already own.

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch orders within 48 hours. Shipping times depends on the option you select at checkout.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering. You cannot return personalised products once received unless damaged or faulty.

Do you have warranty on your products?

We have no warranty on our personalised products. We have a 30 day warranty on all other products, which can be returned if they meet our criteria.
